By using upfrontpoker.com and the UpfrontPoker service, you agree to these terms.
What UpfrontPoker is
UpfrontPoker is an educational poker training tool. Practice hands use play chips that have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out. UpfrontPoker is not a gambling service: you cannot place real-money bets or make deposits.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to play poker where you live, to use UpfrontPoker.
Acceptable use
- Use UpfrontPoker for practice and for reviewing finished hands. Do not use it for real-time assistance during real-money play. Most poker sites prohibit that.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not submit content you don't have the right to share.
AI-generated analysis
Coaching and reviews are generated by AI (Claude, by Anthropic) and can be wrong. They are for study purposes only and are not a guarantee of results. You are responsible for your own decisions at the table.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, when available, are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Prices shown during early access are locked in for early-access members.
Your content
You own the hand histories you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using UpfrontPoker at any time.
Liability
UpfrontPoker is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any losses at the poker table.
